A leading manufacturer in personal care based in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR leader to provide strategic HR oversight. This role requires a minimum of 12-15 years in HR with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position, focused on FMCG or Manufacturing. Qualifications

• Minimum of 12–15 years in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
• Deep expertise in Malaysian Labour Law and a proven track record of managing large-scale HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide active, hands-on oversight of the regional HR function.
• Serve as a direct coach and advisor to Functional Heads and Business Unit Leaders.
• Conduct annual salary surveys and benefits benchmarking.
• Steer critical HR initiatives and transformation projects.
• Design and manage employee engagements and wellness initiatives.
