Get to Know the Role

Head of Growth (Strategy & Partnerships) – you will own the design and execution of a growth strategy that scales our products through strategic alliances, new commercial initiatives, and ecosystem development. You will identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships (with banks, SMEs, fintechs, etc.), develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to unlock new channels of revenue, particularly in underserved markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth & Planning
    Define and refine DCAP’s growth roadmap aligned with business objectives and ESG mission. Shape strategic levers and scalable business models (e.g., revenue share, API-led solutions) to unlock new growth channels and market share. Identify, validate, and prioritise high-potential verticals and underserved market segments. Develop structured expansion plans with clear value propositions, commercial models, and success metrics for Malaysia and regional markets.
  • Go-to-Market Execution
    Lead GTM strategy development with Business Development, AI, Product, Tech and Ops to design compelling partner solutions. Drive commercial readiness, including pricing, deployment models, and co‑branded initiatives with strategic partners.
  • Partnership Development
    Identify new monetisation pathways and partnership-led opportunities (e.g., ESG-linked financing). Build long‑term relationship frameworks, ensuring alignment, performance tracking, and continuous optimisation.
  • External Representation & Ecosystem Leadership
    Represent DCAP at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings. Establish DCAP as a thought leader in inclusive finance and AI-driven solutions.
Experience & Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 15 years in growth, strategy, business development, or partnership roles.
  • Proven track record of building & scaling partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams: product, engineering, sales, compliance.
  • Leadership experience, including managing a team, setting strategic goals, and driving execution.
