Full ownership of Malaysia QSR Strategy. Leadership role with strong people and stakeholder impact.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the QSR channel strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Lead sales, volume, revenue, and margin performance across Malaysia and regional QSR accounts.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with major QSR chains, master franchisees, and local operators in Malaysia.
  • Drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key customers to deliver sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the QSR sales and account management team to achieve channel KPIs.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure effective execution and service excellence.
  • Oversee pricing, trade terms, contracts, and negotiations to maximise commercial outcomes.
  • Monitor local market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activity within the Malaysian QSR landscape.
  • Ensure strong forecasting, demand planning, and execution discipline across customers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales or commercial experience, with deep QSR channel exposure in Malaysia.
  • Proven track record working with major QSR brands or franchise groups in the local market.
  • Strong experience in developing channel strategies and delivering business growth.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing and developing teams.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of FMCG / foodservice market dynamics.
  • Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
