What are you going to do?

As Head of Finance at Moba Asia, you lead the finance, legal, fiscal, and human resources functions for the regional organization. This is a total of 4 direct reports. Reporting to both the General Manager Moba Asia and the CFO of Moba Group, you serve as a strategic partner on the local management team, driving financial integrity, operational performance, and organizational development.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategy aligned with Moba Asia objectives and Group requirements
• Ensure accurate, timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and local standards
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls across accounting, reporting, fiscal, legal, and HR processes
• Lead the annual budget process, monitor performance versus forecasts, and provide analytical guidance to management
• Manage the finance and accounting team, fostering professional development and enabling high performance
• Oversee HR function including recruitment, talent management, culture development, and compliance with local regulations
• Manage external relationships with auditors, government authorities, tax authorities, banks, and legal partners
• Participate in local management team to drive strategy execution and inspire organizational culture

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Finance, or Accounting; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, and team leadership roles
• Demonstrated expertise in IFRS, local GAAP, and internal control frameworks
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or SAP
• Strong experience in HR management, including recruitment, talent development, and compliance
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
