Key Responsibilities for Head of Branding
A. Brand Strategy & Governance
Define and enforce Group brand architecture (XPERTS.MY + sub-brands)
Own brand positioning, messaging, tone, and visual identity
Establish brand usage rules and approval protocols
Ensure brand consistency across all materials, platforms, and subsidiaries
B. Corporate Communications & PR
Develop and execute corporate communications strategy
Draft and manage:
Build and manage relationships with:
Lead crisis communications, rebuttals, and reputational risk response
Shape and manage Founder’s public narrative and positioning
Align Founder voice with Group strategy
Support speeches, op-eds, interviews, panels, and thought leadership
Own and manage:
Audit and clean legacy or conflicting digital content
Ensure digital assets support credibility, authority, and trust
E. Multimedia & Content Oversight
Oversee development of:
Direct internal designers and external agencies
Ensure storytelling quality meets Tier-1 corporate standards
