• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in AI strategy, innovation leadership, or product management roles.
• 5-10 years of experience in AI machine learning or data science with proven project or startup experience.
• Proven track record of delivering successful AI/automation projects from ideation to implementation.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, generative AI, data analytics and automation technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical ideas into business value.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience driving digital transformation in large or fast-growing organisations.

Preferred Experience

• Prior leadership roles in innovation, R&D, or AI product development.
