Overview

Assist in clinical supervision and act as a mentor or assessor to ensure good governance and processes are implemented. Provide advanced technical assistance to the state registered nurses before, during and after procedure. Ensure consistent and continuous holistic quality of care and the availability of resources to operate the Cathlab. Support the learning and development of all staff in their professional development with training needs. Able to competently scrub all Cathlab cases.

Job Requirement

• More than 8 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Maximumly required degree or any post basic qualification.
• Possess Post Basic in Cardiovascular Care is preferred.
• Have strong coaching and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
