Head, Faculty of Business, Accountancy and Law

We are looking for a leader to oversee and coordinate teaching, services, and activities within the Faculty of Business, Accountancy, and Law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate teaching, services and activities for the Faculty.
• Plan new intakes and schedule>
• Ensure all academic staff provide adequate pastoral care to students.
• Monitor closely student attrition and take remedial actions.
• Maintain current knowledge of subject areas taught.
• Ensure adequate succession planning for the Faculty.
• Overall management of the Faculty to achieve long-term and short-term strategic planning.
• Programme development, timetabling, financial profitability and student welfare.
• Perform under stressful and tight-deadline situations.
• Manage and supervise all staff, students and parents.
• Perform any other duties as and when required.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or any relevant qualifications.
• 3-5 years of working experience in education line and in managerial position.
• Familiar with MQA requirements and specifications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with a wide range of individuals.
