Overview

MANA MANA HOSPITALITY (subsidiary of EXSIM HOSPITALITY BERHAD) is seeking an experienced Head Chef/Commis/ Steward to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food and service is delivered to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the kitchen team, including Commis and Stewards, to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
  • Develop and implement creative, high-quality menus that cater to the preferences of our diverse customer base
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies and ingredients
  • Collaborate with the management team to innovate and improve kitchen operations
  • Provide training and mentorship to the kitchen team to foster their professional development
Qualifications
  • Substantial experience as a Head Chef, Commis or Steward in a similar high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating a kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
