Ensure consistency in taste, portion control, presentation, and quality.

Introduce new dishes and seasonal specials to attract customers.

Food Safety & Hygiene

Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Maintain clean and organized kitchen environment.

Cost Control & Inventory Management

Manage cost, portion control, and wastage to achieve profitability.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies in a timely manner.

Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing where applicable.

Operational Efficiency

Oversee kitchen workflow and improve processes to enhance productivity.

Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.

Coordinate with front-of-house team to manage service flow and customer satisfaction.

Quality Control & Standards

Conduct regular taste tests and quality checks.

Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
