Job description
Responsibilities

  • • Manage food inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste while controlling costs.
  • • Work closely with procurement to source quality ingredients at reasonable prices.
  • • Maintain consistency in food quality by conducting regular inspections and tastings.
  • • Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of food preparations.
  • • Supervise food preparation and presentation, ensuring dishes are served at the highest standard.
