About the role We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead our culinary team. You will oversee all kitchen operations, create innovative menus, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation. This is a key leadership position for someone passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences.

What you'll be doing

Lead, manage, and mentor the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Develop and implement creative, appealing menus suited for hotel guests and events.

Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all menu items.

Monitor food cost, inventory, wastage, and kitchen efficiency.

Manage purchasing, stock controls, and overall kitchen budget.

Provide training, coaching, and development to chefs and kitchen staff.

Collaborate with the management team to improve culinary offerings and guest satisfaction.

Introduce new culinary trends, ingredients, and techniques to enhance the dining experience.

What we're looking for
