Job Description: Monitor, control and improve the logistics operations by arranging the shipment order in a safe and efficient manner according to the LBL’s quality and safety standards, and other requirements, to enhance operations and ensure growth and sustainability of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fleet Optimization: Strategize to ensure full truck utilization and maximize fleet performance.
• Driver Management: Lead driver performance, including coaching and managing disciplinary actions.
• Data Analysis: Evaluate ORE and operational reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or any other relevant business studies. At least 3 years' of working experience in the areas of Transport & General Logistics, preferably in logistics or supply chain related industries.
• Language Skills: Strong communication in Mandarin (preferably but not compulsory), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Professional Skills: Extensive experience liaising closely with port authorities and customs – Preferably have good experience in all major ports in Malaysia: Port Klang, PTP (Tanjung Pelepas) Johor and Pasir Gudang port. Experience with leadership, coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to freight team members to enhance overall performance. Work and drive land transport team under pressure and sustaining demanding work environments with positive mindset. High attribute in urgency for meeting task deadline. A strong customer focus and a strong team ethic.
• Tech‑Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Logistics ERP system. Experience working with local port system.
