Responsibilities

• Monitor daily gym operations including cleanliness, equipment checks, and safety protocols.
• Enforce gym rules, regulations, and SOPs to ensure proper use of facilities and equipment.
• Supervise, guide, and coordinate gym assistants, including duty scheduling, task assignment, and task performance.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, equipment servicing, and supply deliveries.
• Arrange routine preventive maintenance and assist during maintenance or third-party inspections.
• Handle incidents, injuries, disputes, or emergencies, and liaise with relevant departments.
• Maintain proper records including inspection checklists, incident reports, maintenance logs, and lost & found items.
• Assist in handling user feedback, complaints, and operational issues.
• Support implementation and review of gym SOPs and safety measures.
• Perform any other duties related to gym operations as assigned by management.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science, Sports Management, Facility Management, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of gym equipment safety, basic risk management, and emergency handling procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle users professionally.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Basic first aid certification is an added advantage.
