A leading hospitality service provider in Malacca City is seeking a passionate individual for a guest relations role in their F&B department. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Hospitality or related fields, and possess strong communication skills in English. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring excellent service throughout dining experiences. Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Tourism / F&B (preferred, but not always mandatory).
Welcome no experience but passionate in dealing with people
1–2 years in F&B service, or guest relations (restaurant, lounge, or hotel).
Experience handling VIPs, fine dining, or luxury hospitality is an advantage.
Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Knowledge of F&B operations, reservations systems (SevenRooms) is advantage
Good grooming and professional standard.
Strong teamwork skills (liaising with kitchen, service, and events teams).
Flexible and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
