Job description

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Tourism / F&B (preferred, but not always mandatory).

Welcome no experience but passionate in dealing with people

1–2 years in F&B service, or guest relations (restaurant, lounge, or hotel).

Experience handling VIPs, fine dining, or luxury hospitality is an advantage.

Fluent in English (spoken & written).

Knowledge of F&B operations, reservations systems (SevenRooms) is advantage

Good grooming and professional standard.

Strong teamwork skills (liaising with kitchen, service, and events teams).

Flexible and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests warmly at the restaurant / lobby lounge.
  • Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations.
  • Usher guests to tables and present menus.
  • Ensure guests feel comfortable and attended to throughout their dining experience.
  • Coordinate with service staff to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
  • Handle special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, celebrations, VIP setups).
  • Liaise between guests and kitchen/service team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with events/banquet teams for private dining or functions.
  • Support F&B Manager in monitoring service quality standards.
  • Maintain guest preference records (e.g., favorite wine, seating choice).
  • Prepare daily guest relations reports for the F&B Manager.
  • Assist in training new staff on guest interaction and service etiquette.
