Qualifications

• Preferably previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Own transport to travel to homestay units.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up the units according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the homestay units.
• Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Arrange cleaning services and ensure the units are well-maintained.
• Ensure the units are clean and in good condition.
• Coordinate with cleaning staff and maintenance personnel.
