• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages according to regulations.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and products.
• Stock mis-en-place at all floor stations.
• Follow reporting procedures for issues.
• Deliver Food and Beverage orders on time.
• Meet Hilton Grooming standards.
• Comply with security, fire regulations, and health legislation.
