A recruitment firm in Malaysia is looking for a GTM Strategy and Operation Business Partner. This role involves managing GTM processes, optimizing workflows, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, while fluency in English and additional language skills are highly desirable.
Manage and optimize GTM processes, workflows, and data management for seamless execution.
Own end-to-end Customer Services & Delivery territory account assignments and governance of data.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.
Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track GTM effectiveness and compliance.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights.
Deliver enablement training and develop collateral to support GTM execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
