Growth Lead, Talent Solutions

We're hiring! We are looking for a Growth Lead, Talent Solutions to join our Sales team in KL, Malaysia. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office.

What the day will look like
Client Advisory
  • Engage C‑suite and HR leaders across Malaysian organizations to diagnose Human Capital challenges and recommend integrated solutions spanning Rewards Advisory, Rewards Products, and Assessment Solutions.
  • Lead solution shaping, proposal development, and deal negotiation to close complex, multi‑service engagements.
Business Health Oversight
  • Maintain real‑time visibility of the sales pipeline; establish cadence and dashboards that ensure regional alignment, forecast accuracy, and strategic clarity.
  • Partner with finance/operations to track bookings, revenue, margin, and sales cycle metrics; identify risks and corrective actions.
Market Education
  • Collaborate with industry consultants and marketing to craft impactful go‑to‑market campaigns, thought leadership, and events that raise awareness of Aon’s capabilities in Malaysia.
  • Activate partnerships and ecosystems to broaden reach and accelerate demand.
Operational Innovation
  • Identify and implement process improvements across lead management, bid/proposal operations, pricing discipline, and delivery hand‑offs to enhance internal efficiency and client outcomes.
  • Champion consistent use of sales tools, playbooks, and inclusive language standards in all client‑facing materials.
Account Leadership
  • Own a portfolio of key Malaysian accounts; orchestrate cross‑functional teams to ensure superior client satisfaction, renewals, and long‑term success.
  • Drive account planning, whitespace analysis, and cross‑sell/upsell motions across Aon Talent Solutions.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 4–7 years in HR consulting, rewards, assessment, or adjacent professional services, with a strong business development track record in Malaysia.
  • Demonstrated expertise selling or advising on Rewards (advisory and products) and Assessment solutions; familiarity with compensation database offerings is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience leading complex pursuits, executive stakeholder management, and account growth.
