Job description

Responsibilities

• Support existing customers & explore new customers.
• Ensure market coverage is wide and deep, increase market share, and achieve sales target.
• Handle customer inquiries and technical problems with excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build good relationships with customers to enhance retention; be creative in handling inquiries and generate more sales revenue.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support.
• Carry out other duties or responsibilities assigned from time to time.
• Salary Package: Basic salary + Attractive Commission rate + Allowance + EPF + Socso.
• Location: Penang & KL.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with minimum 2 years industry-related experience will be an advantage.
• Willing to travel outstation.
• Preferably able to write and converse in English.
• Training will be provided.
• Keen and willing to learn and share knowledge.
• Own vehicle.
