Job summary

Job description

  • Develop, optimize and maintain efficient assembly and testing procedures
  • Plan and coordinate resources to ensure on-time, in-full machine delivery
  • Monitor and contribute to company-wide KPIs, including productivity and quality
  • Manage customer feedback and ensure swift and effective resolution of complaints
  • Support capacity planning and workforce development in collaboration with leadership
Your profile:
  • Degree/Master in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with excellent results
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical machinery assembly and testing
  • Proven leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Strong command of English and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 applications
  • A proactive, responsible, and committed approach to workExperience in leading teams is a strong advantage
