Job description

Reviewing, developing, and improving on HR Policies & Procedures and to ensure that changes are communicated to stakeholders in a timely manner.

Responsible for competence and value-driven recruitment strategy and finding creative ways to recruit the best talent for the company.

Responsible for the administration of HR process and system that are related to Compensation and Benefits such as performance appraisals, medical insurance, and salary structure.

Plan, Budget, prepare, control and coordinate annual training programs for all level of staff in both internal and external activities.

Develop, implement and administer company policies and advice the management on employment practices, procedure and rules.

Investigate, manage and control all the disciplinary and grievance and provide solutions of problems related to personnel indiscipline matters.

Review overall employee remuneration packages and ensure that remuneration practices area competitive related to local market on a regular basis and propose to the Management as and when required.

Verify all local and foreign payrolls.

Analyze and review sales team commission scheme based on market best practices.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Human Resources or Business Administration management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, managing and executing human resources initiatives including talent engagement, HR recruitment and retention programs, IR and compensation and Benefits aspects.
  • Well versed in Mandarin, English and BM to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
  • Attention to detail and good judgement.
  • Experienced in handling foreigner issues.
  • Willing to travel from KL to Kuantan.
