A leading human resources firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the development of HR policies and recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate must have a diploma in Human Resources and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and BM is essential to communicate effectively with a diverse client base. The position involves administering employee benefits and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This role offers competitive compensation and opportunities for travel.
Reviewing, developing, and improving on HR Policies & Procedures and to ensure that changes are communicated to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Responsible for competence and value-driven recruitment strategy and finding creative ways to recruit the best talent for the company.
Responsible for the administration of HR process and system that are related to Compensation and Benefits such as performance appraisals, medical insurance, and salary structure.
Plan, Budget, prepare, control and coordinate annual training programs for all level of staff in both internal and external activities.
Develop, implement and administer company policies and advice the management on employment practices, procedure and rules.
Investigate, manage and control all the disciplinary and grievance and provide solutions of problems related to personnel indiscipline matters.
Review overall employee remuneration packages and ensure that remuneration practices area competitive related to local market on a regular basis and propose to the Management as and when required.
Verify all local and foreign payrolls.
Analyze and review sales team commission scheme based on market best practices.
