Qualifications

• Must have at least 15 years in a management role for risk and compliance.
• Certified Integrity Officer / Certified Internal Auditor is required.
• Strong understanding of finance management (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute compliance programs across the Group.
• Conduct compliance risk assessment training workshops.
• Advising on compliance programs and risk management.
• Directing annual internal audit plans to manage risks.
• Suggesting new initiatives for business practices.
