As the Group Accounts Manager, you’ll report to the Director of Finance, overseeing finance, budgeting, and accounting operations across ELS and its affiliates. Drive compliance, optimize cash flow, and inspire a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership: Manage fiscal operations, lead accounting teams, and deliver timely reports and insights for strategic decisions.

Compliance & Controls: Maintain robust financial systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and liaise with auditors and stakeholders.

Cash Flow Management: Oversee funds, implement cost controls, and ensure timely royalty payments.

Strategic Support: Provide financial guidance for projects, partnerships, and inter-company transactions.

Team Development: Build and train a high-performance finance team.

Process Improvement: Enhance systems for real-time reporting and automate processes for efficiency.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Commerce or ACCA/CIMA qualification.

Experience: 3+ years managing finance/accounting with supervisory duties; 2+ years audit experience preferred; education/IT industry experience a plus.

Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
