A hospitality company in George Town, Malaysia, is seeking a Graphic Designer to create engaging marketing materials. The role includes designing visuals for social media and events, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with various teams. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in a related field, proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and a strong portfolio. This position demands creativity and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Design marketing materials including social media creatives, menus, promotions, posters, flyers, brochures, banners, and in-hotel collateral
Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs
Create seasonal, campaign-based, and promotional visuals for hotel rooms, restaurants, cafés, and service offerings
Support outlet launches, special events, and festive promotions with creative assets
Design marketing materials including social media creatives, menus, promotions, posters, flyers, brochures, banners, and in-hotel collateral
Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs
Create seasonal, campaign-based, and promotional visuals for hotel rooms, restaurants, cafés, and service offerings
Support outlet launches, special events, and festive promotions with creative assets
Develop engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital ads
Create content focused on guest experience, food presentation, ambiance, service quality, and lifestyle branding
Write captions, short marketing copy, and promotional content aligned with brand tone
Coordinate photo and video shoots (food, rooms, services, staff, events)
Produce platform-optimized content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, website, and online booking platforms
Adapt content for paid campaigns, organic posts, and influencer collaborations
Support marketing campaigns aimed at increasing bookings, footfall, and brand awareness
Work closely with marketing, F&B, hotel operations, and service teams to understand promotions and offerings
Coordinate with printers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies when required
Incorporate feedback from management while meeting deadlines
Stay updated with hospitality, F&B, and service industry trends
Monitor competitor branding and digital presence
Suggest creative ideas to improve customer engagement and brand visibility
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Content Creator, or similar role
Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent
Basic video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Portfolio of design and content work is required
