What you’ll be doing:
  • Develop visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, digital advertising, landing pages, website visuals, EDMs, pitch decks, and presentation materials.
  • Interpret marketing strategies and campaign briefs to produce engaging, on‑brand creative solutions that support audience engagement and conversion goals.
  • Build, manage, and maintain brand‑aligned design templates, guidelines, and digital asset libraries to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Design a wide range of marketing collateral such as brochures, bunting, banner, proposal decks, and event‑related materials.
  • Adapt and optimize creative assets for various digital platforms, ensuring visual effectiveness, performance, and brand consistency.
  • Assist in generating video content / editing needs, including simple animations, transitions, and short‑form video content (considered an added advantage).
  • Keep up to date with design trends, industry standards, emerging tools, and evolving digital creative formats to continuously enhance creative quality.
What we’re looking for:
  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field, with equivalent experience and a strong portfolio considered.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the education, digital agency, or creative industry.
  • Proven ability to design effective digital marketing assets for multiple platforms, such as social media, digital advertising, websites, EDMs, and landing pages.
  • Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), familiarity with Canva, Figma, or Capcut.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition.
  • Ability to translate complex information into visually engaging and user‑friendly designs.
  • Strong creative problem‑solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Independent, dependable, and accountable in managing work from concept to completion.
