Job description

We are looking for a creative, detail‑driven Graphic Designer to join our growing agency. In this role, you will support the Creative Manager in developing and executing visual concepts across branding, social media, digital campaigns, and marketing collaterals. You’ll work closely with the account and content teams to translate ideas into impactful designs that elevate our clients’ brands.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Development
  • Assist in developing visual concepts, layouts, and branding directions.
  • Design graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, display ads, and emailers.
  • Create print‑ready artwork for brochures, posters, packaging, and other offline materials.
  • Support the Creative Manager in preparing pitch decks, mood boards, and design presentations.
Execution & Production
  • Ensure all design outputs follow brand guidelines and meet project requirements.
  • Adapt and resize design assets across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Prepare final artwork files with proper specifications for printing or digital deployment.
  • Work with external vendors (printers, production teams) when needed to ensure quality output.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with the creative, content, and account teams to understand briefs and deliverables.
  • Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
  • Communicate effectively to clarify briefs, timelines, and feedback.
Quality & Efficiency
  • Manage multiple design tasks with efficiency while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain high visual standards and attention to detail in all artwork.
  • Keep up‑to‑date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of design experience (agency experience is a bonus).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with AfterEffects or video editing is a plus.
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
