• Project-based and on-the-job training, and learning curriculum from Personal Effectiveness to Leadership Development
• Global exposure including cross-territory attachment and global project assignment
• Become a Lee Kum Kee brand ambassador, getting involved in various company-wide staff engagement and brand promotion projects
• Mentorship and guidance
