Job summary

A global technology company based in Penang is seeking a skilled professional to manage all import/export operations. You will ensure compliance with customs regulations while overseeing logistics to optimize costs and service quality. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or a related field and possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in import/export operations and logistics management. Strong knowledge of customs laws and excellent negotiation skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in import/export operations and logistics management.
• Strong experience in transportation planning, freight negotiation, and 3PL management.
• Proficiency in trade compliance tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import/export operations ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
• Prepare customs declarations and shipping documents.
• Track customs clearance status and resolve abnormal cases proactively.
