Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience in time and payroll operations.
• Experience in People Services Operations is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in a multicultural shared services environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee time and attendance systems and manage leave processes.
• Act as SPOC for audits related to Time and Payroll.

Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Excellent communication skills in English

Strong stakeholder management

Detail-oriented

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration

Master's degree preferred
