This position leads Transition & Employee Movement within a globally recognised luxury organisation, supporting employees and the business through moments of change — from exits and contract updates to international moves. Focus on managing transitions smoothly and compliantly, while delivering the thoughtful, high-touch experience expected of a premium brand. The scope covers offboarding, contract lifecycle management, and global mobility, working closely with internal teams and partners to ensure workforce movements are handled responsibly across regions.
1. People Movement & Operations Implement a people-focused approach covering employee exits, contract lifecycle, and international mobility. Advise managers and employees, manage escalations, and collaborate with HR, Finance, People Data, Pay & Benefits, and external partners.
2. Employment Contract Lifecycle Oversee contract renewals, conversions, extensions, and end-of-contract actions. Ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and risk controls, particularly in multi-country or complex scenarios.
3. Cross-Border Employee Operations Lead international mobility including assignments, visas, tax, relocations, extensions, repatriations, and compliance. Partner with HR and Total Rewards for consistent governance.
4. Workforce Exit & Community Engagement Ensure smooth employee transitions, covering notice, documentation, clearance, and exit interviews. Manage alumni processes including rehire eligibility, engagement, and end-of-service compliance.
5. Process Improvement, Digital Enablement & Team Leadership Streamline transition, contract, and mobility workflows using HR systems, automation, and digital/GenAI solutions. Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering accountability, engagement, and capability development.
Bachelor’s degree with at least 9 years in HR operations, shared services, or employee lifecycle roles, including 3+ years managing teams.
Experienced in workforce movement, contracts, and international mobility support (visa/work permits, relocation, tax) with strong policy and compliance awareness.
Proven track record in process improvement, automation, and digital/GenAI solutions. Strong stakeholder engagement, clear communication, sound judgement, and structured problem-solving skills.
