Responsibilities

Conduct inspections on facilities maintenance carried out by the service provider to ensure the quality of services performed.

Verify that repairs, cleaning, and maintenance services are completed in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.

Monitor the status of Work Order closures and verify completion reported by the service provider, ensuring timely follow-up and updates on progress.

Prepare detailed inspection reports on the findings of inspections carried out on facilities maintenance.

Maintain detailed logs of maintenance and repair activities, including dates and descriptions of work performed.

Ensure that all technical documentations, such as equipment manuals and safety procedures are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Operate drones for inspections of hard-to-reach areas such as rooftops and building exteriors.

Assist in monitoring and coordinating the maintenance of sanitary, plumbing system and piping, and drainage systems, to ensure functionality.

Report any safety hazards or issues related to building services to the relevant departments.

Attend meetings and prepare required reports, ensuring timely communication and documentation.

LANGUAGE QUALIFICATION

All candidates must have obtained Credit (at least C) in Bahasa Malaysia and English (including oral examination) in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
