Handle daily enquiries and provide support to travel agents and customers.
Assist with ticketing, bookings, changes, and basic after-sales service.
Coordinate with the airline headquarters on operational matters.
Share product updates, fare changes, and simple training with agents.
Maintain good relationships with travel agencies and partners.
Support sales activities and help promote airline products when needed.
Assist in marketing or promotional events.
Prepare basic reports and highlight any issues or feedback.
Gather market insights and competitor feedback.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
Able to handle simple problem-solving and time-sensitive tasks.
Knowledge of travel/airline industry is a bonus.
Language: English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken & written).
