Operational Management

  • Oversee and manage all manufacturing operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and supply chain management.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, safety regulations, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor production metrics and KPIs to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of products.
  • Manage and optimize the use of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the precision engineering market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related field.
