In line with our growth and organizational strengthening, we invite a seasoned General Manager to provide strategic leadership, operational excellence, and people development across our core manufacturing and engineering functions.
Providing overall leadership and direction to the business, including setting and implementing strategic goals and objectives
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including production, sales, finance, and human resources
Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and investors
Ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Fostering a positive and productive work culture that promotes employee engagement and development
Provide overall leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring alignment with Board-approved strategy
Lead, mentor, and develop senior management and department heads
Establish a culture of accountability, discipline, continuous improvement, and safety excellence
Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations including milling, turning, cutting, stamping, tooling, and precision machining
Drive operational excellence through cycle time reduction, productivity improvement, cost optimization, and on-time delivery
Ensure effective capacity planning, manpower optimization, and equipment utilization
Formulate and execute short-, medium-, and long-term operational and business strategies
Establish, monitor, and control KPIs covering quality, cost, delivery, safety, and people development
Implement structured performance reviews, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure effective implementation and continual improvement of ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System)
Oversee Quality Control to meet customer, regulatory, and industry requirements
Lead management reviews, audits, risk assessments, and compliance governance
Provide leadership to the Engineering Department in process optimization, tooling design, and technical problem-solving
Support R&D, new product introduction (NPI), and manufacturing digitalization initiatives
Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve process capability and repeatability
Develop structured people development, training, competency, and succession plans
Strengthen leadership bench strength and workforce capability
Promote a high-performance, learning-oriented organizational culture
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline
(MBA or equivalent management qualification is an advantage)
Minimum 10–15 years of senior management experience in precision manufacturing or advanced engineering industries
Demonstrated success in leading and managing a business, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability
Excellent strategic and operational planning skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and performance reporting
Strong knowledge of machining processes including milling, turning, cutting, stamping, and tooling
Proven hands‑on experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 implementation and governance
Demonstrated capability in strategic planning, KPI setting, performance monitoring, and operational control
Strong leadership, people development, and decision‑making competencies
High level of professionalism, integrity, and business acumen
