A customer service provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking candidates for a Customer Service role focused on live chat and email support in the mobile gaming sector. Applicants should possess strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, and prior customer service experience is beneficial. Fresh graduates with a diploma or degree are encouraged to apply. The position offers basic pay up to RM4500, shift allowances, and KPI allowances, with a 24/7 work shift model.

Working days: Monday - Sunday (5 days work).
Working Hour: 24/7 (Each Shift 9 hours).
