Overview: This role involves managing system data in I3Soft and coordinating with production teams, buyers, colorists, and mills to ensure accurate BOMs, S/O submissions, and timely sample dispatch.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the I3Soft system by downloading the latest SMEE booking and uploading it to enable MR teams to create accurate Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Download GT Nexus size break files and upload them into the I3Soft system to facilitate production teams in planning fabric cutting.
- Manually key in Franchise Orders into the SMEE booking system and upload them into I3Soft to ensure accurate order tracking and processing.
- Prepare bulk dyelot and approved fabric strike off (S/O) for team members traveling for bulk inspections.
- Review and monitor the Smartsheet platform for pending S/O comments and ensure timely release comment to fabric mills to facilitate the next round of submission.
- Communicate with SF buyers to resolve any issues related to S/O submissions or bulk dyelot approvals.
- Collaborate with colorists to review and analyze color comments on S/O submissions.
- Coordinate with SF to obtain comments.
- Arrange and ensure timely dispatch of approved S/O and bulk dyelot samples to respective factories.
- Maintain close communication with mill representatives to address and resolve any difficulties encountered during S/O processing.
- Notify mills via email when new CAD artworks are available.
- Perform any other tasks requested by superior from time to time.
