Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production activities and machinery handling in the furniture production line.
• Prepare reports on machine performance, downtime, and maintenance needs.
• Understand and optimize manufacturing capabilities and capacities to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field, preferably in fit-out projects.
• Possesses at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Furniture, or related field).
• Proficiency in furniture design software will be an added advantage.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with data reporting.
