Job description

Responsibilities

• Understand feature requirements to define deliverables, timelines, success criteria, and deliver tasks.
• Develop, train, review and ensure compliance for CI/CD, testing, scalability, and security.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies and blockers.
• Design and implement database structure to ensure response time in seconds.
• Implement best practice and oversee testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Track KPIs and provide regular updates to management.
• Develop clean codes, test and go-live Warehouse Operating System features within deadlines.
• Communicate and complete reliable integrations with third-party partners, service providers and robotics.
• Troubleshoot and fix technical issue quickly.
• Create and maintain project documentation and status reports to ensure consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computing, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience (5–8+ years) as Full Stack Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), API and system integration and IT infrastructure.
• Expertise in Django, Python, PHP and SQL database management
• Expertise in server-side language and PHP MVC framework
• Expertise in API development and integration with third-party APIs
• Experience in warehouse & fulfillment operations and startup is a plus
• Knowledge of CI/CD and cloud platform (AWS) is a plus
• Strong programming, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and priority skill
• Fast learner and ability to adapt to new technologies and requirements
