Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Subang Jaya, Selangor / Mount Austin, Johor Bahru. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and innovative web applications that drive the success of our organisation. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

As part of our 10+ member IT team, you’ll collaborate with experts in systems, web, mobile apps, AI, and IT services development. The role offers two days of work-from-home per week, comprehensive medical and dental benefits, and a performance-based compensation package which may include 13th-month bonus (AWS), annual salary increments, and bonuses.

Work location:

Working day & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

Develop & Maintain: Architect and maintain web applications using Laravel (PHP) on the backend and React and Jquery on the frontend.

Collaborate: Work closely with designers, product owners, and fellow developers to create scalable and user-friendly solutions.

Code Quality: Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

Performance & Scalability: Optimize applications for speed and responsiveness, ensuring they can handle high user traffic.

Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and fix technical issues quickly.

API Integration: Implement and manage RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Code Reviews & Mentoring: Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and support junior team members as needed.

Requirements:

5–7 years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack development.

Expertise in Laravel (PHP): Experience building RESTful APIs, handling database migrations, and implementing security best practices.

Proficiency in React and Jquery: Strong understanding of component‑based architecture, state management (e.g., Redux), and hooks.

Database Knowledge: Experience working with MySQL (or equivalent relational databases).

Version Control: Comfortable using Git (branching, pull requests, merge conflict resolution).

Problem‑Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.

Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

Experience with AWS,HuaweiCloud,Azure, or other cloud services.

Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
