Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Execute effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events)
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
• Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards
• Drive employer branding initiatives where needed
