Job summary

A major hospitality company in Genting Highlands seeks a hotel reception staff.   • To handle check-in and check-out transaction
  • To key in customer data in GHPMS
  • Computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guests
  • Makes and confirms reservations
  • Posts charges such as room, food, liquor, or telephone, to guest folio
  • Makes restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations for guests
Job Requirement

  • Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
