✅ About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, friendly and proactive Front Desk & CRM Admin to join our growing fitness & Pilates studio in Puchong Jaya.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in daily operations, customer service, class scheduling and sales support.

This role is suitable for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and eager to grow in the fitness & wellness industry.

✅ Your Responsibilities
  • Handle daily front desk operations and greet customers
  • Reply and follow up enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram & Facebook
  • Assist in trial bookings, package registration & follow-ups
  • Manage class schedules, appointments & attendance records
  • Update and maintain CRM system & customer database
  • Handle payment collection, receipts & simple reporting
  • Support daily operations and assist with admin paperwork
  • Support marketing follow-ups and customer retention activities
✅ Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in admin / front desk / customer service
  • Able to communicate in English & basic Mandarin
  • Familiar with WhatsApp, Google Sheets / Excel
  • Responsible, positive attitude & willing to learn
  • Able to work weekends and shift hours
  • Experience in pilates studio, clinic, beauty, wellness or fitness industry is a bonus
