Responsibilities

Location: Bandar Rimbayu, Telok Panglima Garang

  • Handle all scheduling related for music school such as music lessons, assist on executing events schedule for students & others
  • Handle opening and closing of school
  • Perform basic filing and clerical duties such as billing, payment collection, documentation & others
  • Manage student & parents satisfaction level
  • Collect fees ensuring timely collection
  • Upkeep to ensure environment is presentable & functional
  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management
Operating Hours (Full‑Time)
  • Tuesday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (OPTIONAL)
Language

Mandarin & English (Compulsory), Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)
