Salary Range: RM3000-RM5000

Responsibilities

Shipment Coordination

  • Arrange and coordinate shipments (air, sea, and land freight).
  • Liaise with carriers, shipping lines, airlines, and transport companies.
  • Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or issues.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and review shipping documents (BL, AWB, Packing List, Invoice, COO, Permit, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.
  • Submit import/export permit applications when required (e.g., MITI, customs).

Cost Management

  • Source and negotiate rates with carriers and service providers.
  • Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.
  • Prepare billing, costing, and invoicing for shipments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).
  • Strong understanding of shipping procedures (import/export).
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, customs clearance, and freight documentation.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with logistics systems is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented and organised.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
