Overview (English)

SMI Fasteners Sdn Bhd is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Freelance Admin Assistant to support our daily operations. This role offers a hybrid structure: start in the office to learn the workflow, with the opportunity to transition to Work From Home (WFH) once you can demonstrate the ability to manage tasks independently and smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Managing documentation related to fasteners/industrial parts.
  • Responding to customer inquiries or coordinating orders.
  • Ensuring smooth communication between the office and remote operations.
Requirements
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel/Word).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Must have own transportation for office-based days.
  • Highly disciplined and able to meet deadlines when working from home.
  • Prior experience in admin or the industrial sector is a plus.

Tanggungjawab Utama
  • Menguruskan tugas pentadbiran am dan kemasukan data (data entry).
  • Menguruskan dokumen berkaitan produk fasteners / barangan industri.
  • Membantu urusan pesanan pelanggan dan pertanyaan asas.
Kelayakan
  • Mahir menggunakan komputer (Microsoft Excel & Word).
  • Boleh berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris.
  • Mempunyai pengangkutan sendiri untuk ke pejabat.
  • Berdisiplin tinggi dan mampu menepati waktu (terutamanya semasa WFH).
