Company Background:
We are representing a group of companies specializing in the Food & Beverage industry. As part of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking experienced Franchising Manager to join their growing team based in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Expansion & Development
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit qualified franchise partners aligned with the company's mission and values.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive franchise growth in targeted markets.
- Manage the end-to-end franchise acquisition process, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and onboarding.
Franchise Operations Support
- Ensure franchisees adhere to operational, financial, and brand standards.
- Provide guidance and support during pre-opening and post-opening phases.
- Coordinate training and development programs for new and existing franchisees.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective franchisees to ensure mutual business success.
- Support franchisees in business setup, operations, and performance optimization.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide business insights, market updates, and guidance to franchise partners.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the franchisor and franchisees.
- Address and resolve franchisee concerns or conflicts promptly and effectively.
Strategic Planning & Market Research
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential territories to identify expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to plan promotional activities for franchise recruitment and brand visibility.
- Contribute to the development of franchise policies, business models, and performance frameworks.
Compliance
- Ensure franchisees adhere to the company's standards, operational guidelines, and brand integrity.
Performance and Reporting
- Monitor franchise performance metrics (sales, profitability, customer satisfaction).
- Prepare reports and present performance updates to senior management.
- Recommend improvements to franchise systems, policies, and support mechanisms.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or operation management (preferably within the Food & Service industry).
- Ability to manage multiple franchise operations efficiently.
- Good communication skill in English.
Working Hour:
Monday - Friday, 9:00am 6:00pm
