A leading F&B company in Malaysia is seeking a qualified Franchise Manager to oversee its operations. This role requires a strong background in F&B operations and franchise management, as well as excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in area management and a solid understanding of the Malaysian F&B landscape, including HALAL regulations. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in F&B operations, with at least 2 years specifically in Franchise Management or Area Management.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret financial reports and data to drive business decisions.
Communication: Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus to communicate with various stakeholder groups).
Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel frequently to visit outlets across Malaysia.
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence (EQ), strong negotiation skills, and a "firm but fair" approach to enforcement.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Malaysian F&B landscape, including HALAL requirements and local licensing laws.
