About Us

We are an authorised Chery dealership in Ipoh, committed to delivering high‑quality aftersales service and customer satisfaction. As our service centre grows, we are looking for an experienced Foreman to lead the workshop team, ensure repair quality, and maintain efficient service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead technicians to ensure quality repair and servicing work
  • Diagnose complex technical issues and provide guidance to technicians
  • Allocate job orders and monitor workflow to meet service timelines
  • Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer standards and safety requirements
  • Conduct final inspections before vehicle delivery to customers
  • Support Service Advisors with technical explanations and recommendations
  • Train, coach, and evaluate technicians’ performance
  • Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety, and discipline
  • Liaise with management on workshop performance and improvements
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in automotive repair, with foreman or senior technician experience preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge in vehicle diagnostics, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Experience working in authorised dealerships is an advantage
  • Good leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced service environment
  • Possess a valid driving licence
