A leading food ingredients firm is seeking a Technical Sales Senior Executive or Assistant Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role involves developing a strategic sales plan to achieve targets, building relationships with key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have experience in food ingredient sales. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to lead a sales team effectively. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
Understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs by conducting regular customer visits and presentations to promote products and services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market by collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and regulatory changes.
Provide technical support and product information to customers and the sales team.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management.
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Lead and manage the team members to be professional representative of the company.
Coach and guide team members to be professional representative of the company.

At least a Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Technology, Biochemistry or a Science related field.
At least 5 years of working experience in food ingredient sales industry with proven track record managing different segments for Assistant Manager, and 3 years for Senior Executive. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
